Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
